TeamPBR Re-Tweet Contest Official Rules

GENERAL.  TeamPBR: Re-Tweet Contest (“Contest”) is subject to and regulated by all applicable laws in any nation, state or other jurisdiction. Participation in the Contest is void in every jurisdiction in which participation is prohibited by any law, statute or regulation. TeamPBR does not warrant that participation in this Contest is permitted under applicable law(s) in any jurisdiction. TeamPBR may, in its sole discretion and at any time, modify and/or make changes to these rules. The laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States of America govern these official rules and your participation in this Contest. By participating in the Contest you are agreeing to submit any dispute concerning your participation or this agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the County of Worcester, Massachusetts.
 
PRIZES. Two (2) First Place winners shall be selected to receive one (1) Autographed PBR Hat  or one (1) PBR Calendar

HOW TO ENTER. Unlimited entries per person will be permitted and each entry must include a re-tweet of the TeamPBR contest message or a message @teampbr with the name of who got you to follow.  Message your entries to TeamPBR on the Twitter account by by 11:59 p.m. June 5, 2009.   NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY.

PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY.  All contestants must be eighteen (18) years old and legal residents of the United States (except Puerto Rico, U.S.Virgin Islands, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands), Canada, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia.  All eligible entries will be considered.  Employees or agents of TeamPBR.com operator Paid, Inc. , TeamPBR, their respective, subsidiaries, and other related companies and the immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to enter. The eligibility of all participants to receive prizes after winning TeamPBR sweepstakes and/or contests is subject to all of the provisions contained in these Official Rules and Regulations, along with any other applicable guidelines or rules posted in connection with a particular game or contest, without limitation.

WINNERS AND NOTIFICATION.  Winners will be chosen at random.  All judges’ decisions are final.  The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants at the time of the selection.  The Winners will be notified within one (1) business day from the date of selection.  The Winners will be notified via email, telephone and/or U.S. mail, and will have 12 hours to respond and accept his/her prize. If a Winner does not accept his/her prize within 12 hours, then a substitute winner will be selected.  Specific instructions about how the Winners will receive his/her prize will be conveyed upon acceptance.  Winner may be required to submit valid identification and other information to verify eligibility prior to such delivery. Winners will also be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and general release within five (5) days of the date of notice, or a substitute winner will be selected.  Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for any cash value, credit, or future TeamPBR promotions.  Winners are responsible for paying any federal, state or local taxes on the value of any prizes received, and for any and all expenses in connection with use of a prize.  If for any reason a Winner is found ineligible to receive a prize, the prize will be forfeited. Any fraud found subsequent to the awarding of a prize will result in the immediate revocation of the prize. All decisions made by TeamPBR.com with respect to the selection of Winner(s) are final. Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize package, a Winner consents to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, and publication of his/her story for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising and promotional purposes for TeamPBR.com, without additional compensation, through any and all means and media, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout the world in perpetuity. Nothing shall obligate TeamPBR.com to so use or engage in any of the above.  By submitting any content to the Contest, you hereby grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, distribute, have distributed and promote such content in any form, in all media now known or hereinafter created, anywhere in the world, and for any purpose. Furthermore, you thereby waive any so-called moral rights or other similar rights in your submission.

CONDITIONS AND LIABILITY.  The Contest is subject to and governed by the Rules herein. By participating in this Contest participants accept and agree to be bound by these Rules, the decision of the judges  (which shall be final and binding in all respects) be responsible for his/her own actions and to release TeamPBR.com, Paid, Inc., and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and other related companies, and all parties' directors, officers, employees, and agents, including advertising and promotional agencies, from any and all liability with respect to the Contest or the acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation (i) any condition caused by events beyond their control that may cause the Contest to be disrupted, postponed, cancelled or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Contest; or (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest. All prizes are provided "As Is" and TeamPBR.com and Paid, Inc. disclaims all warranties and conditions express, implied or statutory, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. TeamPBR.com, Paid, Inc. is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected communications, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete registration whether caused by the participant or an equipment or technical malfunction, or for any equipment or technical malfunctions or errors, including but not limited to hardware/software failure, lost/delayed corrupted data, interrupted modem connections, and so called system "bugs." Any communication that is illegible, incomplete or late will be disqualified.

TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION OF CONTEST.  TeamPBR.com and Paid, Inc.  reserve the right to halt the Contest at any time and for any duration of time due to situations beyond its control such as strikes, acts of God, technical malfunction, etc.  TeamPBR.com and Paid, Inc also reserve the right to terminate the Contest at any time at their sole discretion by giving notice at www.TeamPBR.com.  The Contest will terminate at 11:59p.m. (EST) on the same day notice of termination is given.
