How do I place my order for the Built Ford Tough series events, and when will I receive my tickets?
Fan Club tickets are only available through TeamPBR Customer Service.
You can place your order for Fan Club tickets by calling our Customer Service department at 1-800-732-1727.
There are two mailings for ticket purchases - the first one generally goes out about a month prior to the event and the second one goes out about two weeks prior. Tickets are mailed via USPS Priority Mail. We ask that you wait until the Thursday prior to a specific event before calling us regarding non-arrival of tickets. If you are leaving for an event prior to that Thursday, please call us the day before you are scheduled to leave. When you call, please let the Customer Service Representative know you are leaving for the particular event and you have not received your tickets. No one else will get your tickets, even though they have been mailed and you didn't receive them as originally expected. We will add your name to the Will Call list so your tickets can be reprinted and waiting for you at the arena box office - Will Call. Please have a photo id and a copy of your invoice with you when you go to pick up the tickets. It is recommended you arrive early as lines at the Will Call booth may be long.
Tickets are reprinted in the name of the Fan Club member. If the membership is in the name of a minor child, please inform the Customer Service Representative so we can request the tickets be held under the name of a parent or guardian who will be attending the event.
All Fan Club ticket sales are closed at the close of business on the Thursday two weeks prior to a scheduled event - for example if an event is scheduled for Friday the 18th of January, the last day to purchase tickets will be on Thursday the 3rd of January. If there is a major holiday during that period, it may cause the closing date to be pushed back a little earlier to ensure all tickets arrive in time for the event.
